- You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
- Please notify us as soon as possible at info.theluxeclothing@gmail.com if your item arrives damaged or defective so we can make it right quickly.
- Items can be gently worn, but must still be in good, resellable condition and include original packaging if possible.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or help arrange an exchange.
- Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
